With data reporting requirements becoming more granular and increasing scrutiny on financial regulators, technology is coming to the rescue.

This was illustrated in March 2018 when the Monetary Authority of Singapore (MAS) announced new data collection requirements for banks. This is known as MAS 610. Banks must now file their core set of data to MAS requirements, a far more granular level than before.

To help to demystify these requirements, we partnered with leading Singapore RegTech Company RegPac Revolution for an in-depth webinar.

In the wide-ranging panel discussion, “Revolutionising Regulatory Reporting” experts discussed the changing industry landscape, the specific challenges including revisions to MAS 610 requirements, and how technology can streamline processes by reducing costs and look ahead to future changes.

The event was moderated by RegPac Revolution CEO and Founder Mona Zoet. The industry panel included Joanne Horgan (Regnology's SupTech Product Director), Antonio DeLorenzo (Initiative Lead - Trade Tech Lab at ING), Yu Sarn Chiew (Founder and co-managing partner of Yusarn Audrey) and Harn Prins (Co-founder DEX Data Explorers).
