Pillar 3 Public Disclosures and Supervisory Reporting: How do you bring the two worlds together?

Despite the CRD V reform's efforts to simplify Pillar 3 data and make them more reliable and easier to compare, there were still major discrepancies in 2022 between banks' public and prudential data. Among the sample assessed by the ECB, more than half of the banks had to republish their Pillar 3 reports in 2022 due to this lack of consistency.
