What you'll do
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced
Sales Enablement Manager to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in the
SaaS industry and a passion for empowering sales teams to achieve their full potential.
As a Sales Enablement Manager, you will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies and programs that enable our international sales professionals to drive revenue growth and exceed targets.
Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and deliver comprehensive sales training programs, including onboarding, product knowledge, sales methodologies, and tools.
- Create and maintain a repository of sales collateral, including presentations, case studies, white papers, and datasheets.
- Collaborate with product, marketing and other departments to ensure that the sales team has the most up-to-date and accurate information.
- Implement and manage sales enablement tools (Showpad or similar) and technologies to improve sales productivity and effectiveness.
- Track and measure the impact of sales enablement initiatives on key business metrics.
- Provide ongoing coaching and support to the sales team.

- 5+ years of experience in sales enablement, sales training, or a related role.
- Proven ability to develop and deliver effective sales training programs.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
- Strong understanding of sales methodologies and processes.
- Experience with CRM and sales enablement platforms. (Showpad for example)
- You are based in Romania with excellent English skills.
