The Crypto-Asset Reporting Framework (CARF), developed by the OECD, is a global standard for the automatic exchange of tax information on crypto-assets. With a go-live date of January 1, 2026, CARF introduces new obligations for crypto-asset service providers (RCASPs) to report user and transaction data to tax authorities.

This framework aims to close information gaps and ensure tax compliance in the rapidly evolving digital asset space.

As the industry prepares for CARF implementation, Regnology is launching a cross-industry working group to:

  • Facilitate open dialogue among market participants
  • Share insights and best practices
  • Address common challenges in interpreting and applying CARF rules
  • Explore the implications of the Nexus rules and other key components

We are honored to welcome Yitzhak Zahavy, Director of Tax Compliance at eToro, as chair for this first session.
As a recognized thought leader in crypto tax compliance, Yitzhak will guide the discussion as we:

  • Reflect on key learnings from early CARF preparation efforts
  • Dive into the Nexus rules and their cross-border implications
  • Identify areas for collaboration and future discussion

Be part of the conversation. Let’s shape the path to CARF compliance—together. Register now ↓
