While every applicant is given the same time and consideration, there are a few things you can do to make sure your application stands out:

• First, do your research and let us know why you’re interested in joining Regnology. We highly appreciate the submission of cover letters, portfolios, personal websites, alongside CVs/resumes, as these collectively offer a deeper insight into your personality and areas of passionate commitment.
• Second, make sure to thoroughly read our different job descriptions and only apply for those roles you’re truly interested in and that fit your profile and location most.

Regnology is a global company, and speaking English is the best way for us to communicate across borders. Given this, applications are required to be submitted in English, and a proficient command of the language is essential for working at us.

At Regnology, we have an internal referral program in place. So, before you apply, reach out to your contact and they can submit your details internally. Don’t forget to send your CV/resume and the position you would like to be recommended for to your contact.

In general, you can apply for more than one role, but please make sure that the roles are really fitting your skillset and knowledge.

If the role is still open, and it’s been at least six months since your last interview - yes. You’re welcome to apply for other open positions too.

Congrats on the interview! Here's the breakdown of what's likely to happen:

• You’ll have an initial interview, either on video or phone with one of our recruiters. They’re keen on getting to know you better, talking about your background and introducing you to the role.
• If your skills match what we’re looking for, you’ll be invited for a second interview. This one’s more business-oriented and involves meeting one or two team members who are connected to the job. We’ll let you know who they are ahead of time, don’t worry.

If you’re not near our offices, we are looking forward to meeting you online. Thanks to flexible working hours and remote working, we will find a solution that suits you.

For some roles a technical assessment might be required. As part of the next stages of the interview process, assessments help us get a better idea of how your technical skills and knowledge can add to our teams and help highlight strengths that may not have been best presented during initial interviews.

Obviously, we're interested in your work background, but there's more to it. We're also curious if your values align with ours. How are you collaborating in a team? What about taking ownership of your work? How do you adapt to changes? What drives you to join us? These are the kind of questions we’ll be asking ourselves as we interview you. Make it easy for us to see how well you answer them.

We'll do our best to get in touch within a few days following your final interview. Occasionally, if there's other candidates applying for the same role, it might take a bit more time.
