I’ve got an interview! What can I expect?

Congrats on the interview! Here's the breakdown of what's likely to happen:

  • You’ll have an initial interview, either on video or phone with one of our recruiters. They’re keen on getting to know you better, talking about your background and introducing you to the role.
  • If your skills match what we’re looking for, you’ll be invited for a second interview. This one’s more business-oriented and involves meeting one or two team members who are connected to the job. We’ll let you know who they are ahead of time, don’t worry.
Where do the interviews take place?

If you’re not near our offices, we are looking forward to meeting you online. Thanks to flexible working hours and remote working, we will find a solution that suits you.

What if I get called to do a technical assessment?

For some roles a technical assessment might be required. As part of the next stages of the interview process, assessments help us get a better idea of how your technical skills and knowledge can add to our teams and help highlight strengths that may not have been best presented during initial interviews.

How can I prepare for my interview?

Obviously, we're interested in your work background, but there's more to it. We're also curious if your values align with ours. How are you collaborating in a team? What about taking ownership of your work? How do you adapt to changes? What drives you to join us? These are the kind of questions we’ll be asking ourselves as we interview you. Make it easy for us to see how well you answer them.

When will I hear back after my final interview?

We'll do our best to get in touch within a few days following your final interview. Occasionally, if there's other candidates applying for the same role, it might take a bit more time. But no worries, if you have any questions or you're just eager to know more, feel free to drop a message to your recruiting partner. We're here to help!

What about the compensation package?

Your trusty recruiter will be the one to give you all the awesome details about your offer. In the meantime, while you're waiting, feel free to explore our values and the perks we offer on our career page.

I’ve got an offer! What happens next?
