What you'll do
As a
Junior Compliance Analyst in Regnology, you will join our dynamic international Legal and Compliance team. This is an excellent opportunity for a recent graduate with up to 2 years of experience who is eager to build a career in the compliance field. The ideal candidate will be a proactive team player, ready to support a variety of compliance topics within a fast-paced environment.
You will provide essential support to the Compliance team members to ensure adherence to regulatory standards. In particular, you will support with:
- Due Diligence Checks: Assist in conducting and documenting due diligence checks on third parties, including clients, suppliers, and partners, to identify and mitigate potential risks.
- Regulatory & Legal Research: Provide support by researching and analyzing relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards to ensure the company's adherence to its legal obligations.
- Bid Process Review: Support the review of questionnaires received from existing and potential customers (yearly questionnaires, RFPs, RFIs, tenders) to ensure all compliance-related questions and representations are accurately addressed.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Act as a point of contact and support in liaising with various internal teams (such as Sales, Finance, Operations) to provide compliance guidance and to embed compliance principles across the entire business.
- Internal Policy Review Process: Help with the drafting, review, and implementation of internal compliance policies and procedures and assist in the annual review cycle of all Regnology policies.
- Reporting & Documentation: Assist in preparing compliance reports, maintaining records, and managing the team’s central knowledge documentation.

- Currently pursuing a degree in Law or a recent graduate with a legal background.
- Up to 2 years of relevant experience in a compliance, legal, or regulatory role (internships included).
- You are tech-savvy, with high proficiency in the Microsoft 365 suite (including SharePoint for document management) and you possess a hands-on aptitude for mastering new databases and compliance tools.
- Strong analytical and research skills with a high level of attention to detail.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English. Knowledge of French a plus but not a must.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a collaborative team environment.
- A genuine interest in building a career in corporate compliance and a desire to learn.
