What you'll do

As a Software Engineer, you’ll be part of our international Research & Development Team based in Tunis, and you will contribute to the agile development of our regulatory reporting solution in the RegTech domain. 
Your role will involve:
  • Contributing to the development and enhancement of our regulatory reporting solutions, using Java and Spring Boot, through the implementation, testing, maintenance, and documentation of business requirements.
  • Creating well-defined test cases, test data, and user stories to support and ensure high software quality.
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams including Business Analysts, Software Engineers, and Architects to deliver solutions that meet business objectives.
  • Providing technical support, assisting with troubleshooting, and resolving issues to maintain software performance and reliability.
  • Developing clear and concise documentation for both internal teams and external users.

Why we should decide on you

  • 3 years+ experience in software development, particularly with Java and Spring Boot.
  • You are based In Tunis.
  • Proven experience in designing and implementing clean code.
  • Knowledge of standard design patterns, as well as development best practices.
  • Strong problem-solving skills with ability to think outside the box. 
  • Experience with Maven and Jenkins tools, and testing frameworks (e.g. JUnit, Mockito). 
  • Experience with Kubernetes and/or Docker, including a good understanding of containerization, pods, and CI/CD pipelines.
  • Growth mindset with a strong passion for innovation and a continuous drive to learn and explore emerging technologies.
  • Great communication and collaboration skills.
  • Fluency in English (spoken and written).
