What you'll do

As a Junior Business Manager in Regnology, you will be a vital member of the R&D Business Management team, directly contributing to the operational excellence of our engineers in the R&D department.

You will support the seamless execution of our strategic goals by assisting with process improvement and standardisation, workforce planning and management, and operational efficiency through automation and information hygiene.

This is a fantastic opportunity to develop your business management skills: a generalist skillset, adapting to the fast-moving nature at the heart of a leading-edge technology company.

 Your key accountabilities are:
  • Operational Rhythm: assist and run regular and ad hoc processes to ensure the department remains on track with its deliverables and reporting requirements.
  • Process Improvement: Identify opportunities to enhance operational efficiency within the R&D department and collaborate on implementing improvements.
  • Workforce Management: Support the R&D workforce strategy by tracking headcount, assisting with hiring coordination, and facilitating a smooth onboarding process for all types of new hires, including software engineers, testers, and other technical profiles, as well as managers.
  • Capacity Management: Assist with budget tracking but supporting forecasting activities, and help prepare reports to ensure R&D meets its objectives.
  • Operational Support: Assist in invoices and purchase order management, ensuring timely and accurate operations.
  • Reporting & Analytics: Help prepare compelling presentations and insightful reports for senior leadership, including the CTO and our board, to support strategic decision-making.
  • Event Coordination: Assist in organizing key R&D events, such as our regular town hall meetings and workshops.

Why we should decide on you

  • 2-4 years of experience in a business management, operations, or generalist role, ideally within a software or technology company and based in Tunis.
  • Varied generalist skillset with  knowledge of modern technologies—including enterprise software and AI systems
  • Strong problem-solving skills, you excel at navigating ambiguity, breaking down unstructured challenges, and driving them to a successful resolution with a high degree of autonomy.
  • Bias towards consistency, detail and scalability when it comes to your way of working.
  • Excellent organisational skills, with the proven ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Resilient and adaptable: You thrive in a fast-paced environment, positively embracing shifting priorities and demonstrating a resourceful, can-do attitude.
  • A proactive and collaborative mindset, with strong communication skills to engage effectively with stakeholders across all levels of the organisation.
Would be an advantage:
  • Familiarity with business intelligence tools like PowerBI, low-code and no-code development tools, and development project management software such as Jira.
  • High proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel for data analysis and PowerPoint for creating presentations.
  • Experience working within an international and multicultural team.
  • A genuine interest in the technology industry and software development lifecycle.
  • Adaptability: Ability to adjust to evolving business requirements and suggest improvements.
