What you'll do

As a Senior Full Stack .NET Engineer at Regnology, you will design, develop, deploy, and support high-quality software solutions across the full product lifecycle. This role requires end-to-end engineering ownership across application development, CI/CD, containerization, Kubernetes deployment, and operational support.
You will be a hands-on contributor in a product engineering team, working across backend, frontend, delivery pipelines, and runtime environments to build and operate robust, scalable applications.
There we are looking for candidates who are particularly strong in at least 4/5 of the follow key areas.

Design, develop, and maintain product features
  • Design, build, and enhance robust, scalable applications using C#/.NET and Angular.
  • Deliver full stack functionality across backend, frontend, APIs, and integration layers.
  • Apply best practices for clean code, maintainability, performance, security, accessibility, and user experience.
  • Contribute to technical design and architectural decisions that support long-term product quality and scalability.
  • Collaborate closely with product, and engineering colleagues to deliver features in an agile environment.
Own software delivery and deployment
  • Design, implement, and maintain GitLab CI/CD pipelines as part of the team’s engineering responsibilities.
  • Build and improve automated workflows for build, test, release, and deployment.
  • Ensure reliable, secure, and efficient delivery processes across development and production environments.
Build and operate containerized, cloud-native applications
  • Build and maintain Docker containers to support consistent development and deployment environments.
  • Deploy, manage, and troubleshoot applications running on Kubernetes.
  • Create and maintain Helm charts and related deployment configuration.
  • Work across Linux and Windows-based nodes and containers where required.
  • Contribute to the deployment and operation of applications in Google Cloud Platform (GCP) or equivalent cloud environments.
Support reliability, monitoring, and operational excellence
  • Monitor application and system health and proactively resolve issues across application, deployment, and runtime layers.
  • Take ownership of reliability, performance, and production support as part of the engineering team.
  • Continuously improve deployment processes, observability, and operational resilience.

Why we should decide on you

  • 5+ years of experience in software engineering with strong hands-on expertise in C#/.NET.
  • Proven experience delivering full stack applications across backend and frontend technologies.
  • Strong experience with Angular in a production environment.
  • Hands-on experience with GitLab CI/CD, including building and maintaining deployment pipelines.
  • Strong experience with Docker and containerized application delivery.
  • Required: practical, hands-on Kubernetes experience in a software engineering role, including deploying, managing, and troubleshooting applications running in Kubernetes environments.
  • Experience with Helm and Kubernetes-based deployment practices.
  • Experience working with GCP or a comparable cloud platform.
  • Comfortable working across application code, deployment configuration, and runtime environments.
  • Strong ownership mindset, with the ability to contribute across the full software delivery lifecycle.
  • Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and a collaborative approach to problem-solving.
  • Strong communication skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences.
