What you'll do

The Talent Acquisition Manager will play a pivotal role in driving the recruitment strategy execution across the Regnology business with a focus on Tunis, reporting to the Head of Talent Acquisition. 

This role involves collaborating closely with internal talent acquisition team colleagues and business leaders to attract, source, and recruit exceptional talent. The focus is SaaSregulatory technology, and financial services roles.

Strategic Talent Acquisition:
 • Execute the regional talent acquisition strategy aligned with global business objectives and local market nuances.
 • Identify future talent needs and proactively build talent pipelines.

Full-Cycle Recruitment:
 • Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and administration.
 • Ensure a seamless candidate experience and maintain high standards of candidate engagement.

Stakeholder Management:
 • Partner closely with Regnology business leaders to understand hiring needs and priorities.
 • Advise hiring managers on recruitment best practices, market trends, and regional salary benchmarks.

Sourcing and Employer Branding:
 • Utilize diverse sourcing strategies, including social media, internal referrals, networking events, and direct outreach.
 • Enhance the employer brand internationally in collaboration with the Regnology marketing team.

Data-Driven Decision Making:
 • Track and analyse recruitment metrics to identify trends and areas for improvement.
 • Provide regular reports to senior management on recruitment activities and outcomes.

  Compliance and Governance:
 •   Ensure recruitment processes comply with regional laws and company policies.
 •   Maintain accurate records and documentation for audit purposes.

Why we should decide on you

Experience:
 • 5-7 years of talent acquisition experience ( Tunis region), within SaaS, technology, or financial services sectors.
 • Prior experience managing recruitment across multiple countries with an excellent standard of English. (Written and spoken)

  Education:

 • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field.
 
 Skills:
 • Strong understanding of regional markets and cultural nuances.
 • Proficiency in applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment tools.
 • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
 • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

 Competencies:
