What you'll do
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive
Recruiting Administrator to support our global hiring operations. This role provides administrative support to the recruitment team, assists with onboarding processes, and is responsible for preparing and issuing employment contracts for international hires.
This role provides an opportunity to develop expertise in international recruitment and talent sourcing strategies. You will have exposure to global talent markets, learning about diverse talent pools, cultural hiring practices and international labour laws.
Ideally, you will be based in
Tunis. The successful candidate will be offered an internal, permanent contract and be fluent in
English. Key Responsibilities:
Recruitment Administration- Support recruiters by scheduling interviews, coordinating candidate communication, and managing applicant tracking system (ATS) data.
- Perform initial CV screening when required and ensure candidates move smoothly through the hiring pipeline.
- Maintain accurate recruitment reports, spreadsheets, and documentation.
International Contract Preparation- Draft, prepare, and issue employment contracts and offer letters for international hires based on templates and legal guidelines.
- Ensure all contract details (salary, benefits, working hours, leave entitlements, location) are accurate and approved.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of country-specific employment requirements (training provided).
- Coordinate with HR, legal, and TA teams to ensure compliance with international labour regulations.
- Track contract status, follow up on signatures, and manage digital filing.

- 2+ years of experience in a similar position is preferred. Experience with an international Saas company is a clear advantage.
- Successful candidate will have fluency in English and French as a plus.
- Proven record of working to deadlines, target driven and results focused

- Strong interpersonal skills and a service-oriented mindset.
- Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks.
- Familiarity with recruitment platforms and applicant tracking systems (preferred).
- Interest in developing expertise in international recruitment.
