What you'll do

As an Office Manager at Regnology, you will play a key role in ensuring the smooth and efficient daily operations of our office. You will be the central point of contact for all office-related activities, including facilities management, vendor coordination, office supplies procurement, and supporting both internal teams and external visitors. The role requires a proactive and hands-on approach, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple responsibilities while maintaining a high level of service. 
  • Overseeing daily office operations: mail handling, visitor reception, meeting room setup, and vendor coordination (cleaning, repairs, utilities).
  • Managing office supplies and IT equipment inventories (laptops, peripherals).
  • Acting as primary contact for office-related matters with landlords, suppliers, and internal teams.
  • Processing invoices and handling phone/email support requests, particularly during peak periods (e.g., tax season).
  • Organizing local office events, internal catering, and supporting administrative tasks for various departments.
  • Ensuring compliance with health & safety protocols, managing recycling initiatives, and monitoring office efficiencies.
  • Coordinating onboarding/offboarding logistics (access badges, IT equipment) and managing subscriptions.
  • Tracking office usage and utility metrics (CO2 reporting) on a quarterly basis.
This is a part-time position requiring 4 hours of work per day, 4 days per week.

  • A self-starter who thrives in a dynamic and fast-paced environment, always looking for ways to improve processes and office efficiency.
  • Located in Paris area, with availability for on-site work and occasional coordination with other sites in France.
