What you'll do
We are seeking structured, analytical, and client-focused individuals to join our global support team as a Product Support Specialist – Regnology Tax and Banking Product (Remote from LATAM). In this fully remote role, you will primarily support clients in North America, while contributing to 24/7 global service continuity through a coordinated Follow the Sun (FTS) support model.
Regnology is establishing and scaling our tax-related product support operations in your region. This position is a great opportunity to assist clients with tax reporting processes, analyze discrepancies, and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
Your key accountabilities are:
Tax and Banking Product Support
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients regarding tax-related inquiries, providing guidance on using our product to fulfill reporting obligations.
- Analyze client data and reports to identify discrepancies, advising on necessary amendments to data or configurations.
- Collaborate with internal teams to escalate complex issues, ensuring timely and effective resolutions.
- Assist clients in understanding and navigating the business aspects of our tax tools.
Global Coordination & Incident Handling
- Participate in a rotating on-call schedule for urgent support needs during weekends or outside of local business hours.
- Ensure seamless handover and coordination with APAC and EMEA teams as part of the Follow the Sun support model.
- Support response efforts for high-priority or platform-wide incidents, maintaining clear internal communication and documentation.
Additional Scope
- Engage in cross-functional projects aimed at enhancing product features based on client feedback.
- Assist in training sessions or webinars to educate clients on new features or updates.

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, Economics, Taxation, or a related field.
- At least two years of experience in a similar role—ideally in product application support, business analysis, or tax/banking reporting functions
- Understanding of capital markets, financial instruments, and general taxation rules, including double tax treaties
- Understanding of financial regulatory reporting workflows (e.g. FinRep, CoRep, Basel, IFRS) is a strong advantage.
- Strong analytical skills with a high affinity for numbers.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools, particularly Excel; familiarity with Jira and Confluence is a plus.
- Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal; German language skills are a plus.
- Experience with Scrum and agile working methods is advantageous.
- Willingness to participate in on-call support according to the agreed timeline.
- Eager to learn and adapt to our Tax Reporting solutions.
