What you'll do
We are seeking analytical, detail-oriented and customer-focused professionals to join our global support team as a Product Support Specialist – Regulatory Reporting Products (Remote from LATAM). In this role, you will provide functional support to our clients while contributing to 24/7 global service continuity through a coordinated Follow the Sun (FTS) support model .
This position offers an excellent opportunity to deepen your expertise in regulatory reporting, work with diverse financial frameworks, and ensure client success with our solutions.
Key Responsibilities
Business and Functional Troubleshooting:
- Serve as a trusted advisor for clients using our regulatory reporting products, resolving functional inquiries and guiding best practices.
- Analyze and troubleshoot business rules and configurations to resolve issues effectively.
- Investigate discrepancies in regulatory calculations, collaborating with internal teams to deliver solutions.
- Collaborate with technical teams to ensure comprehensive issue resolution.
Global Incident Handling:
- Participate in a rotating on-call schedule for urgent support needs during weekends or outside of local business hours.
- Ensure seamless handover and coordination with other regions as part of the Follow the Sun support model.
- Support response efforts for high-priority or platform-wide incidents, maintaining clear internal communication and documentation.
Additional Scope:
- As a key early hire within LATAM Customer Success, you will own the establishment and scaling of our dedicated regulatory reporting support framework. Your primary mandate will be to guide clients through complex submission processes, analyze reporting discrepancies, and ensure robust compliance with mandated regulations.
- Contribute to cross-functional initiatives aimed at enhancing support processes and product features.
- Support the development of internal knowledge base content and client-facing documentation.

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, Economics or a related field (preferred, but strong experience may substitute)
- Experience with financial reporting software and understanding of business workflows.
- Ideally 2-4 years of experience in product support, business analysis or working with financial software solutions.
- Knowledge of regulatory reporting workflows (e.g. Basel , IFRS, Capital Adequacy, Liquidity, Financial Statements, QI, FATCA, CRS) is highly valued.
- Understanding capital markets, financial instruments, and general taxation rules, including double tax treaties is highly valued.
- Strong analytical skills with a high affinity for numbers and cross-functional collaboration.
- Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal.
- Experience with agile methods (Scrum) is a plus.
- Willingness to participate in on-call or weekend coverage as part of a global rotation.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel; familiarity with ticketing systems is a plus.
Note: Candidates without prior regulatory reporting experience but with strong product support skills and a willingness to learn are encouraged to apply.
