What you'll do


As an Open-Source Software Compliance Officer in Regnology, you will join the Information Security & Compliance and Application Security unit which is part of the CIO Office functions. 

The teams’ objectives are: to Contro l/ Supervise the Secure Software development process including Open-Source Licenses Compliance Management. Maintain ISO Certifications (ISO27001, ISO22301, ISO9001), Manage IT Audits from Customers and Auditors, Provide assistance to Sales, Account Managers and Legal on Information Security and IT Risk Compliance issues. 
 
 Your key accountabilities are to:
  • Organize and manage all activities regarding Open-Source Software License Compliance. On the job training will be provided.
  • Analyze Open-Source Software license texts and related information, including collecting external info/analysis about them, and decide with legal on the suitability of the license.
  • Provide guidance and advise to other involved departments regarding the compliance with Open-Source Licenses. 
  • Conduct risk assessments associated with the use of Third Party Open Source Components.
  • Anticipate risks and take pro-active action with involved departments.
  • Onboarding the new software development teams into license compliance and other Application Security processes.
  • Provide training in your area of expertise and assist in Application Security trainings
  • Assist in reviewing Contract terms regarding Information Security topics.
  • Assist in various tasks including customer audits, ISO certifications maintenance.

  • A proactive mindset with a passion for compliance
  • Interest in GRC frameworks (ISO 27001, ISO 22301, ISO 9001, SOC/ISAE controls).
  • Completed bachelor's degree.
  • Fluent in English
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
  • Good Communication and Presentation Skills
  • Excellent knowledge of MS Office Tools
  • Ability to work and produce results with minimum supervision
