What you'll do

Regnology is seeking a proactive and customer-focused Customer Support Representative to join our growing support team in Timisoara, Romania. This is an excellent opportunity for highly motivated and enthusiastic recent graduates or individuals with professional experience to kick-start their careers in an international software company. As a Customer Support Representative, you will be the first point of contact for our clients, providing exceptional support and ensuring their satisfaction with our products and services.

Your key accountabilities are:

  • Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and ticket system in a timely and professional manner.
  • Provide assistance and troubleshooting for issues related to our software solutions.
  • Document customer interactions and resolutions in our support ticketing system.
  • Collect all required data for a ticket to classify and forwarded to the responsible teams.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to escalate and resolve issues.
  • Assist in the development and maintenance of customer support documentation and resources.
  • Ensure customer satisfaction and provide professional customer support.
  • Maintaining a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers at all times

  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Fluent English language knowledge; German is a plus

  • Basic understanding of software and technology concepts.
