What you'll do

As the Support leader, you will be responsible for providing cross-functional leadership to increase support quality and value for our customers.
  • Providing leadership and direction for customer facing support staff ensuring performance goals are set and met
  • Empower and Engage the Customer Support Team
  • Interacts with customers on escalated inquiries
  • Proactively collaborates with internal stakeholders to ensure customers concerns are heard and addressed
  • Improve CSAT (Customer Satisfaction), average response time, average resolution time and other Customer Metric
  • Identifying and providing feedback through 1:1s, effective use of personal development plans and provision of coaching & development opportunities
  • Work effectively with all peers and the stakeholders
