What you'll do
As a DevOps Engineer, you will join a team working on a cloud-native RegTech SaaS platform, collaborating closely with multiple engineering teams to ensure reliable, scalable, and secure delivery of our solutions.
This role is highly team-oriented — you will partner with developers, architects, and operations to build a strong, shared platform and improve the overall engineering experience.
Core Responsibilities
- Cloud Infrastructure & Architecture
- Design andmaintainsecure, scalable,highly availableinfrastructure(primarily GCP-based)
- Work together with engineering teams to defineinfrastructure standards and deployment models
- Ensure resilience, observability, and disaster recovery readiness
- Infrastructure as Code & Automation
- Build andmaintaininfrastructure usingIaC(Terraform / Helm / YAML-based configs)
- Standardize and promoteshared patterns and reusable componentsacross teams
- Support teams in adopting infrastructure best practices
- Kubernetes & Platform Operations
- Manage andoptimizeKubernetes (GKE) clusters
- Maintain and supportHelm charts and deployment processes used by multiple teams
- Help teams troubleshoot workloads (performance, scaling, networking issues)
- Support distributed systems and integrations across teams
- CI/CD & Release Engineering
- Design andmaintainCI/CD pipelines (GitLab / Jenkins)
- Enable teams todeliver software faster and safer through automation
- Support release strategies (canary, rollback, blue/green) in collaboration with teams
- Monitoring, Observability & Reliability
- Implement monitoring, logging, and alerting (e.g.ELK / Prometheus / Grafana / GCP tools)
- Work with teams to improveservice reliability and incident response
- Support root cause analysis and continuous improvement
- Security & Compliance
- Ensure infrastructure aligns withsecurity and regulatory requirements
- Collaborate with teams onsecure-by-design solutions
- Manage IAM, secrets, and network policies
- Cost Optimization
- Analyzeandoptimizecloud usage and costs across teams
- Provide guidance on efficient resource usage and scaling
- Collaboration & Enablement (Key Focus)
- Act as apartner for engineering teams, not just a platform owner
- Support teams in onboarding, deployments, and troubleshooting
- Promote DevOps culture, knowledge sharing, and best practices
- Help teams become more autonomous and efficient
Why we should decide on you
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Scienceor related field (or equivalent experience)
- Minimum 3 years of proven, hands-on experience in a DevOps Engineer role
- Strong hands-on experience with:
- Cloud platforms(GCP preferred, AWS/OCI also valuable)
- Kubernetes & Docker
- Infrastructure as Code(Terraform, Helm, etc.)
- CI/CD pipelines(GitLab CI, Jenkins, or similar)
- Solid knowledge of:
- Linux administration
- Networking fundamentals (VPC, routing, firewalls, DNS)
- Security best practices (IAM, secrets, policies)
- Experience with:
- Monitoring & logging stacks (ELK, Prometheus, Grafana)
- Troubleshooting distributed systems
- Workingclosely with development teams in a DevOps model
- Strong problem-solving mindset and ownership
Nice to have
- Experience withRegTech/ regulatory reporting(COREP, FINREP, LCR, etc.)
- Familiarity withmulti-team / multi-tenant platforms
