What you'll do
Your key accountabilities are:- Identify, analyze and specify the needs of our customers
- Prepare and run functional workshops
- Write the documents and reports associated with the project management
- Perform the configuration
- Provide training for end users
- Support users during the acceptance phases
- Ensuring the quality of the customer relationship
- Participating in pre-sales missions
- Monitoring and understanding regulatory developments related to insurance reporting
- Developing a sought-after expertise on regulatory reporting
You could also intervene occasionally internally on the following missions:
- Participation in the improvement of our reporting solutions
- Preparation of pre-sales models
- Writing of documentation (user procedures, practical cases, test cases, etc.)
- Training of junior consultants
Why we should decide on you
- Successfully completed university studies in the field of management, finance or similar
- You have a first successful experience in project management and ideally during a mission to integrate a reporting software.
- You are known for your analytical and writing skills, your sense of quality, service and customer commitment (listening, relational and communication skills, diplomacy, pedagogy in knowledge transfer)
- You master insurance accounting and insurance jobs. Having concepts in actuarial science is a plus.
- You have a good understanding of consolidation processes. You have sound knowledge of financial statements.
- You have good practical experience with information systems and databases (SQL Server, Oracle). You are proficient in using office software applications.
- Knowledge of international accounting standards (IFRS, US GAAP, etc.) is an added advantage.
- Your French and English skills are fluent, both in writing and speaking.
- You are ready to make frequent trips to our customers.
