What you'll do
As a Senior System Administrator for JIRA JSM Cloud / Atlassian tools you will be part of our international and agile IT Team. Together with your colleagues you will be able to perform various day-to-day technology operation and integration activities to ensure constant availability, integrity, security, and end-user satisfaction.
- You will be responsible for standard configuration, user administration, security, workflow, data management, automations and integrations for applications such as Jira, Confluence or other Atlassian tools.
- You will be involved in technical implementation of various maintenance tasks for Atlassian Tools and their interfaces to other applications like Okta or GitLab.
- You will configure JIRA reporting, dashboards, workflows, fields, apps etc.
- You will support colleagues by their work with Jira and implement requested changes.

- Successfully completed university studies in the field computer science or similar fields.
- 4+ years of experience in a similar role handling Atlassian Datacenter or/and Cloud products (Jira, Confluence, Bitbucket).
- Programming skills in Groovy or similar
- Very Good English skills
- High interest in continuous learning and development (new tools, technologies, methodologies)
- Customer oriented and self-motivated mindset
- The following skills will be considered as an advantage:
- Experience in ITIL processes (e.g.: Incident, Change, Problem management) and service management topics
