What you'll do

As an experienced HR Services Manager in Regnology, you will be a key member of our dynamic and international HR team. You will contribute to the growth and evolution of our global HR Services function. 
Initially focused on managing HR operations for our France-based employees, your role will expand to include responsibilities for global locations. 
You’ll join a collaborative team environment and work across various HR areas, including payroll, benefits, employee data management, and compliance.

Your key accountabilities are:
  • Manage daily HR services operations in France and contribute to global HR process development
  • Coordinate employee life cycle events including benefits, transfers, compensation changes, contracts, and terminations
  • Collaborate with employee relations teams and union representatives when applicable
  • Act as the primary point of contact for the external payroll provider to ensure smooth and compliant payroll processing
  • Maintain accurate employee data and digital personnel files in our HR system
  • Handle HR-related correspondence in a timely and professional manner
  • Ensure data privacy and confidentiality is upheld in all HR practices
  • Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives across global HR processes
  • Support international HR projects and change initiatives
  • Assist in implementing HR tools and platforms for improved service delivery

  • 4+ years of experience managing international HR processes in a global organization
  • Bachelor’s degree in HR, business, or a related field (or equivalent work experience)
  • Strong knowledge of French labour law and experience in payroll preparation
  • Fluent in French; proficiency in English is essential; other language skills are a plus
  • Strong understanding of people, with excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Proficient in MS Office applications; familiarity with HRIS systems
  • Proactive mindset and sensitivity in handling confidential data.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
