What you'll do

One of our products is Client Tax, a tax solution for private and corporate clients. Client Tax supports the creation of high quality, country-specific tax reports for about 30 jurisdictions according to the respective tax law. This high quality and wide coverage of country-tax law led half of the 20 largest private & wealth management banks to choose our software. The banks can thus provide their private clients with the necessary information on taxable income and capital gains, assisting them in meeting the legal requirements for tax reporting.
As (Senior) Product Consultant you are part of our international Research & Development Team and are responsible for the continuous development of our software.
  • In this position, you will act as a specialist advisor to our clients on issues relating to country-specific tax reporting and withholding for various jurisdictions. 
  • You are responsible for the analysis of regulations and customer-specific requirements.
  • You create concepts and support their implementation in Client Tax in close cooperation with our development department.
  • You support our customers in implementation projects and trainings for our modules, both virtually and personally. 
  • In exchange with the sales team, you provide support for sales activities of modules in your area of responsibility. 
  • Furthermore, you act as a contact person for our customers and provide support in the maintenance of certain modules. 

Why we should decide on you

  •  3 years + experience in individual tax calculation and/or reporting
  • Experience of one or more jurisdictions tax reporting preferably one of the following jurisdictions (Austria or Germany) 
  • You have excellent communication skills in German and English.
  • Successfully graduated from university and/or professional experience in a comparable position
  • Further degrees or certificates in mentioned areas such as banking operations, taxes, investment products such as CEFA, CFA, FMO/FMT, MASIT, various CAS are an advantage
  • Ideally knowledge of XML, databases, SQL, Jira and Zendesk
  • Strong analytical skills, know-how in the specification of user stories and epics
  • You enjoy analytical, independent work and contributing your own ideas to the team and the company.

Whilst this position has a minimum salary of Euro 3724 gross/month, overpayment in line with the market is a matter of course for us and will be defined together with you in the interview.
