What you'll do

As a Machine Learning Engineer, you will be part of our international and agile IT Team. Together with your colleagues you will combine technical expertise with regulatory know-how to build innovative and cutting-edge AI / ML solutions for internal and external users.  
  • You will select, train and tweak AI Models with different datasets in an MLOps approach  
  • You contribute to new architectural approaches for AI Models to accomplish tasks in the fields of NLP (LLMs), classification and regression   
  • You will scrap, map, and implement data automation pipelines for preprocessing
  • You will work in a team, dedicated to build AI/ML based solutions in our product landscape or introduce new products  
  • You will work in a multicultural, international team in an agile environment 

Why we should decide on you

  • Successfully completed university studies in the field of machine learning, computer science, mathematics or a similar area
  • At least 3 years of experience in the fields of full machine learning / AI development (in Python or R) and MLOps principles
  • You have worked with at least one of the following relational databases: PostgreSQL, Microsoft SQL Server, MySQL or Oracle
  • You have worked with any backend service written in Java, Python or R and exposed WebServices
  • You set a focus on quality and clean code
  • You have a hands-on mentality, a proactive and communicative personality, are open to innovation, are eager to continually learn and you use feedback as a basis for optimization
  • You have a trusting & responsible mindset and enjoy working internationally in a constantly growing and agile team
The following skills will be considered as an advantage:
  • Experiences in modern web technologies, e.g., Angular and TypeScript
  • DevOps principles for Containers, Helm and K8s
  • Hands-On experience in GCP, Azure or AWS for MLOps
