What you'll do

As a Business Analyst in Regnology, you will work as part of a team in Professional Services. The role will involve the analysis, definition, and documentation of business and functional requirements of our SupTech software together with overseeing the implementation of solutions. 
Your key accountabilities are:
  • Requirements, analysis and documentation
  • Gap analysis, process modelling and user story documentation
  • Work with internal and external clients to define and refine business requirements
  • Fully understand & query the business process in use by the client
  • Use of visual software tools to model business requirements
  • Researching solutions and making evidence based recommendations
  • Recommend configuration solutions based on knowledge of the product
  • Deliver product and solution demos to senior stakeholders
  • Review test cases created by QA team to ensure complete coverage
  • Liaise with developers to ensure technical issues are resolved
  • Configure Products to meet client requirements
  • Participate in sprint reviews/retrospectives to improve processes
  • Assist in building a knowledge base to share across internal and external forums
  • Participate in weekly BA meeting to present/share knowledge on topics
  • Look for ways to continually improve & streamline processes

Why we should decide on you

  • 2 years+ experience in a similar role
  • Successfully finished bachelor’s degree in business, economics, or computer science
  • Master’s degree in a related field would be an advantage
  • Strong basic knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, PP)
  • The company’s product is based on Microsoft technology; therefore, knowledge of SQL Server, Visual Studio and IIS is an advantage
  • Very good English language knowledge 
  • Understanding of the software development life cycle
  • Knowledge of issue tracking or project management tools e.g. Jira is an advantage.
  • Experience in working with requirements related to software projects is an advantage.
