What you'll do

As Office Manager (m/f/d), you will be part of our Business Enablement department and support our Team in all administrative and organizational matters.
  • Communication and correspondence with employees, service providers and other stakeholders
  • Support colleagues in the onboarding and offboarding process on site (access cards, equipment, parking place, documents, SIM cards)
  • Responsible for ordering, receiving, sending and inventory of the IT equipment
  • Document management
  • Prepare and coordinate upcoming events and meetings
  • Expense reporting & Travel Booking assistance to employees using our internal tool

  • 2 years+ of experience as office manager, assistant, secretary, front office desk clerk or a similar position
  • Successfully completed university studies in the field of business administration or similar area
  • Advanced German and English knowledge
  • Ability to work independently and a high degree of flexibility

  • Customer oriented with strong communication skills and an eye for detail
  • Confident handling of MS-Office programs
