What you'll do

The IT Project Manager takes a principal role in supporting the Regnology Managed Services team and the Senior Project Manager to set up and run their management system, drive the change of the organisation, and support project activities.
Key Responsibilities
  • Support MS business to operate their management system and project programs: You will support team members, managers, and leaders to monitor and drive project activity of the Regnology business and to offer valuable support and guidance for executing our project program.
  • Empower others through strucutre: You will educate and enable others to understand how our projects (existing and new) will positively impact their part of the Regnology MS business and support them to create structure and processes to successfully execute the projects.
  • Support MS leadership operation of their project program: You will support the creation and ongoing operation of the project program for Regnology MS leadership, including creation and maintenance of governance structures and documents as well as project plans and stats updates.
  • Improve operational excellence: You will use your understanding of data and process management to initiate and deliver improvements in operational (lead to cash) processes, and support improvements in operational (support) processes.
  • Stakeholder management: You will build and maintain relationships across the business that help to ensure the MS team’s success.
Scope of the Role
Some of the key activities of the role include:
  • Contribute to lead specific IT programs and projects
  • Utilize project management tools to keep them on track
  • Ensure strategic alignment between the portfolio of projects and business objectives
  • Plan, implement and continuously improve project management best practices and tool sets to streamline project processes and procedures and maximize operational effectiveness
  • Provide assistance on a diverse range of projects, from technical to more general
  • Collaborate closely with Project team member (also from the customer side in order to align project deliverables
  • Organize project meetings and centralize all resulting deliverables
Scope of projects may include:
  • Implementation of new software tools
  • Organizational and governance change
  • Steering of external support partners
  • Concept for strategic decision on Infrastructure / 3rd party service
  • Improve customer satisfaction
Success Measures
  • Faster speed of project execution and higher quality of deliverables and reporting
  • Increased engagement with key stakeholders and facilitation of project team communication
  • Contributions to improvements of project management and execution

Why we should decide on you

  • Relevant experience in Project Management
  • Consultancy background would be considered a plus
  • Bachelor Degree or higher
  • German fluent and English advanced – must
  • Excellent written and presentation skills
  • Prince2, PMP, Scrum certification would be nice to have
  • Proven leadership experience and the ability to effectively interface and collaborate with all levels within the organization (both technical and non-technical)
  • Good MS Office skills and excellent skills in creating great presentation decks using PowerPoint
  • Knowledge of power BI preferred.
  • Great analytical and problem solving skills
  • Strong ability to synthesize information
  • Strong assertiveness (needs to follow-up on due dates and deliveries)
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Open communication, demonstrating a strong "can do" attitude
  • Work autonomously on tasks but act as an active member of the team
