What you'll do

As a personnel officer (m / f / d), you are an important member of our international HR team and are jointly responsible for redesigning the HR area.
  • Together with the team, you are significantly involved in the development and implementation of an international HR services area and are responsible for international personnel support
  • You work independently on HR administration with hiring, transfer, changes to remuneration, changes to contracts and termination of employment relationships, as well as handling the associated correspondence and involving the works council
  • You act in an advisory capacity on all labor, social and contractual issues for the management level
  • You are the contact person for the external payroll office and are jointly responsible for the payroll issue
  • Administration of the digital personnel files and maintenance of the master data in our HR tool, as well as further development are also part of your area of responsibility

  • 3 years+ experience in HR Admin area; International experience would be a plus
  • Good communication skills 
  • Advanced written and spoken English language; German language knowledge is a plus
