What you'll do

  • Develop, optimise and implement software development, quality assurance and release processes
  • Document software development, quality assurance and release processes.
  • Conduct the final acceptance test of software releases (Quality Gate Rollout)
  • Provide software as well as related information in the online customer area (extranet)
  • Deposit software with a trustee
  • Manage, organise and track development/release workload and filters in the product development management tool (JIRA)
  • Oversee user and content management in the ticket reporting system (OTRS), CMS (extranet) and documentation platform (Wiki)
  • Coordinate and track the delivery of bug fixes (hotfixes)

Why we should decide on you

  • Experience in release management and software development processes is desirable
  • Experience in project management is desirable
  • Basic knowledge about Banking, IT and Regulatory Reporting, would be a plus
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree
  • Very good level of English and German
  • Good/structured problem-solving skills and passion for conceptual work
  • Coordination and organisational skills
  • Team player with the ability to work with a variety of stakeholders
  • Ability to quickly understand complex tasks and topics
