What you'll do

This role is available in our Timisoara office.

  • ITIL practitioner who will lead Major Incident, Problem & Change management along with other core components of the ITIL framework
  • Act as a hands-on member of the front-line support team including ownership and resolution of lower priority issues while there are no major incidents
  • Coordinate Incident Response across multiple functions for complex support incidents
  • Contribute to the continuous evolution of Regnology Incident Management processes and procedures.
  • Manage fact-finding efforts across teams to gather and organize relevant information on problems, especially during a live incident, and serve as the primary point of contact for all functional teams
  • Manage customer and internal stakeholder communications for any Major Incident ensuring updates are timely, accurate, and actionable
  • Address incoming critical escalations from executives and/or key customers, and coordinate response, often across multiple teams, in order to facilitate swift and effective resolution of those situations
  • Lead cross-functional post-incident process reviews to ensure continuous improvement of operations and execution, enabling the delivery of post incident reports to customers and stakeholders

  • Bachelor’s or master’s degree
  • Very good German and English language knowledge
  • ITIL certification, used to deal with SLA’s
  • Able to identify and solve customers’ issues
  • Great analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Good communication skills, demonstrating a strong "can do" attitude
  • Work autonomously on tasks but act as an active member of the team
